Thanks to all who replied. After posting I realized that I had meant to
question the GF status of gelatin, too. Several people offered that not
only is the liquid form of glycerin GF but, also, that gelatin is GF as
long as the MSG is made in the U.S. Problems could arise if one is
sensitive to MSG or if the source of MSG is outside the U.S. It was
mentioned that a dry glycerin could contain gluten.
