Dear Friends,

For those of you who celebrate Passover, I have discovered a wonderful recipe for making a healthy, nutritious gluten free matzo using a Breads from Anna gluten free (and rice free and soy free) bread mix. If you want more information about how to make it (I also posted a video at my blog of me making it), visit my blog at www.Iamglutenfree.blogspot.com. If you can put your hands on a Breads from Anna mix before Passover is over, I can promise that you will be amazed. Her mixes can be purchased through www.glutenevolution.com or you might be able to find it at a local store - look at her website, she has a store locator.

From start to finish, this matzo takes about 8 minutes to make! Slap some horseradish and charoset (apple mixture) on it, yummmmmmmm! And it made fabulous matzo brei!

I have no vested interest in the company - I am just passionate about her fabulous bread (and now the amazing matzo made from her bread mix).

  Chag Sameach!

Regards, Ellen
