My siblings live in South Africa and I am convinced that they have  
CD.  Neither of them has insurance which means that they don't want  
to pay for the testing but are both willing to go GF for 6 months to  
see if any of their symptoms abate.

They also do not have access to the internet. I am looking for a  
South African support group or resource for them.  I have been  
coaching them by phone but since I got my Dx after I emigrated I do  
not know which South African brands are safe.
