I lived in Italy for a number of years and know how particular Italians are
about their pasta. Therefore, when I saw an advertisement for Bia-Glut
pasta made in Italy, I reasoned that it had to taste pretty darn close to
the real thing to have an on-going market where it is produced. My hunch is
correct, at least as far as I am concerned.

Bia-Glut makes long pasta (spaghetti) and short pasta (penne). These
products are available from Dietary Specialties (Specialists?) in Rochester
NY. I have no interest in either commercial venture, just an interest in
eating tasty, non-mealy pasta!
