Dear Gluten Free Colleagues,

Gluten Free Success for the College Student is a manual for making your arrival and years at college a healthy gluten free experience.

Why should it take a semester or more to figure it all out? Learn what the insiders know about university dining so you can live well and gluten free in a dorm room or apartment.

The author, Joanne Bradley, is a professional food service manager with 28 years of combined experience as a Food Service Director at major universities and as an Executive Chef. She is also gluten and casein intolerant. Joanne has a unique ability to see both the gluten free viewpoint as well as a food service perspective, and would like to share what she has learned with future college students.

Gluten Free Success for the College Student identifies the potential roadblocks to college living for the gluten free student. It will give you a clear idea of what you need to consider before enrollment, working with college and foodservice departments, and tips on how to eat well gluten free in a dorm or apartment space. It will include:

*What you need to know about college and university foodservice, including a time line for asking questions and getting answers.

*How to navigate college foodservice and resident dining departments and what you have a right to expect for your board dollars.

*A complete budget guide and check lists for equipment and supplies for dorm or apartment living.

*A section on how to grocery shop for the college student’s budget and preparing food safely in a dorm room or apartment.

*Thirty-five of the easiest and tastiest gluten free recipes that are a snap to make in a variety of appliances found in dorm rooms or kitchenettes (most recipes are GF/CF). Even beginning cooks can master these easy instructions!

*Finally, how to get your needs met in a sea of college faces.

Gluten Free Success for the College Student is a spiral bound manual that you can use as a checklist and workbook as you go through the college planning process. It then becomes a recipe guide for the student in the dorm room.

This guide will be invaluable to you as an entry student or as a returning student and to parents. If you would like more information or to order your copy of Gluten Free Success for the College Student, please go to GlutenFreeSuccess.com.

Thank you for spreading the word about this valuable resource.
