Cybele Pascal, author of The Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook, will be on the Martha Stewart show on Monday, March 1st. Cybele specializes in baking without gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and more!

Those in the Asheville, NC area might want to stop into Posana Cafe on March 6th for a 10 AM gluten-free event with Tiffany Janes. Triumph Dining guides and Shelley Case's book will be for sale after the Q & A session.
