Hi guys,

I've read the numerous summaries over the past 6 or 7 months about restaurants in New Orleans. I'm heading there on Saturday for a few days.

I will working a tradeshow at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and staying at the Intercontinental hotel nearby. This will be my first time traveling without having a kitchen available to me. I was diagnosed about 9 months ago.

I haven't been feeling that well lately, and I'm not very interested in chancing restaurants. I'd like tips on packing my own food, and if there happens to be a health food store or other source of GF food nearby that would great as well.

I'm sure I will hit a restaurant or two... I mean it is New Orleans, but I don't want to have to depend on them as my source of food.

Thanks for any help and tips, they are greatly appreciated!

Adam Schroeder
