Thanks to all who responded to my questions re: the gluten-free status of
toothpaste products.  The following is a summary of responses I received
(excluding ones sent to the list):

The following toothpastes have been found to be GF as confirmed by the
manufacturers:  All forms of Aquafresh, Tom's of Maine, all forms of Arm &
Hammer, eden, dentie toothpaste & powder.  Nu pro cleaning paste by Ash
Division of Dentsply is also gluten-free.  One person said that his dentist
uses GF baking soda spray instead of the usual flour-based cleaning paste.

Re: fluoride treatments, someone suggested I SEARCH fluoride since it can
cause cavities and bone cancer.
