Hi - would anyone know if gorgonzola cheese is GF? I was not sure becuase it
looks like a blue cheese.  If anyone knows offhand please email me. I have
checked the achives and found nothing. These are the ingredients:

gorgonzola cheese
(pasteurized milk, cheese cultures,salt, enzymes)
powered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin to protect flavor

Just finished my month long gluten challenge probably not long enough however
since my fibromyalgia and fatigue improves being gf I will stick to it no
matter what the results due to celiac disease in the family(great aunt).  I am
seeing improvement already within 5 days being gf.

However - in the beginning it is frustrating and diffucult to explain to
others about gluten. We need a celebrity spokes person to really give this
disease the attention it deserves.

I will summarize and check with the company and share my great gorgonzola
salad recipe. Thanks in advance.
