Well,  Fellow Celiacs,
        I don't know where my head was at when I posted the below
information, but there are TWO errors.  The cookbook for the cranberry
bread is incorrect.  It was MORE FROM THE GLUTEN FEE GOURMET.  Also the
author of GOING AGAINST THE GRAIN is Phyllis Potts!
        I guess I get my hands on some good bead and just go crazy!  My
apologies!!!!
