On the Bush Brothers website the first FAQ question is if their products
contain gluten. Their answer is that all their products, save a couple of
their chilis, are gluten and gliadin free. I love their pinto beans.

Heloise's helpful hints: I find that if I take a couple of papaya enzyme
pills after eating beans, it works far better than Beano. Not a toot in a
carload for me. What a nice present for someone who likes beans. All my
life I just thought that all men do that, and all wives hit them for it :)
