My daughter's school will begin to eat lunch in their classrooms next year instead of our gym/lunchroom.  Any thoughts on keeping a celiac or allergy kid safe?
The only things I have thought of so far is wiping down the desks before and after lunch, as well as she use a placemat to eat her food off of rather than straight off her desk.
I just wanted to check to see if I might not be thinking of something.
Thanks - I will summarize.Cassandra
