Well, several people sent me phone number and web adress for Nalley,
which apparently has recently been acquired by Birdseye Foods.

I emailed Birdseye, and heard back this AM that yes, Nalley Real
Mayonnaise is GF.

Also, of the list members who wrote to me and have used the product,
none reported any ill effects.

This Mayo may be of interst to some, as it is made with 100% canola
rather than soybean or corn or safflower oils. I am not sure how
important that is, but as it is on the shelf here and reasonably priced,
I thought I would give it a try.
