Bonefish Grill®, part of Outback Steakhouse Corp., offers a gluten-free menu!

Bonefish Grill, recently contacted Cynthia Kupper, registered Dietitian and Executive Director of Gluten Intolerance Group, to identify their menu items that are gluten-free. They wanted the menu in time for the opening of their Seattle restaurant, Dec 8, 2003 on the corner of Mercer and Westlake Ave. (on the south end of Lake Union)

The GF menu will soon to be available on the Bonefish Grill website at www.bonefishgrill.com. A menu is also available at the Seattle restaurant or from GIG.

Bonefish Grill is all about fresh seafood – ‘straight from the ocean to your table.’ Nearly 80% of their appetizers, salads and main courses are GF.  The restaurant provides a relaxing place to have quality food in a casual atmosphere and everyday prices.

Please take time to thank Outback Corp. and Bonefish Grill for their dedication to making dining out easier for persons following a gluten-free diet. Ms Kupper is also working with Carrabas, another Outback Corp. restaurant to identify their GF menu items.
