Thanks for the warning.  I have never travelled on Continental Airlines.
However, I did recently travel on Canada 3000. requesting a GF meal both
ways.  And both ways, I had a very nice GF meal.  Caution though, on the
way home, the flight attendants were adding dinner rolls with each meal as
they passed them out.  It looked way too good to be GF and everyone was
getting them, so I refused it.
