I called the company which produces the tooth whitening system called
"NITE WHITE / Excel and they assure me it is GF (ALL flavors).  I received
the information from Heather Cloonan who is the Director of Marketing (and
supposedly the person who has thorough knowledge on the manufacturing of
the product - also claims to have knowledge of "gluten" ) .

(BTW: The product CAN produces temporary tooth sensitivity, but that's in
anyone - not just Celiacs.)
