I was on a strict gf diet from three years to about fifteen years of age
when I started to experiment with glutenful foods out of adolenscent
frustration. I found that I didn't have symptoms. After about a year I
was eating anything I wanted. At eighteen I had another biopsy done, and
it showed that my villi were damaged. But I showed no symptoms!!! So I
stayed glutenful(seems foolish now). By about 22 years of age I started
to feel it however, and I knew what it was. It took me two full years to
go gf again. I'm 27 now and feel great. I can only hope that there will
not be any longterm ramifications associated with my selfish drive to eat
any food. I suggest gf, gf, gf.

Hope this helps,
