Thanks to EVERYONE who wrote to me with their suggestions on pickles!
(Got over 50 responses!) Many also asked that I post an updated summary
of brands that have recent confirmation of being GF, so here goes. I
unfortunately haven't had the time to go out shopping yet, but at least I
know there are lots of brands in both health food stores and regular
supermarkets that are safe.
Happy Eating!!

--Heinz (make their own vinegar from corn)
--Stienfeld's (made in Washington state...vinegar from a wood source)
--Mrs. Fannings
--Pickle Eaters
--Zorba
--Cascadian Farms
--Bubbies
--Cain's
--BaTempte
--Mt. Olive Kosher
--Vlassic
--Most kosher for Passover brands are safe
--Make your own with cucumbers, salt, water, dill, horseradish root, and
garlic.

Many brands are located in grocery stores - Vlassic, Cains, Heinz... but
there also many in health food stores. Hope this helps the people who
requested a list!!!
