The Complete Book of Gluten-Free Cooking contains over 300 tried and true
recipes; the food our family eats every day. My goal, when my daughter,
youngest son, and husband were diagnosed with CD, was to prepare one meal
that was good enough for our entire family to eat. Comments from non-celiac
friends such as "This is the best banana bread I have ever eaten!" to "Your
son allowed my son to try his granola bar....Could I have the recipe?"
encouraged me to write a book. Now in its second printing, this collection of
original recipes and family heirloom recipes is touted as one of the best GF
cookbooks available.

Ottobinding (which allow the book to lie flat when open), better quality paper,
an 8 page insert of colorful food photography, and a user-friendly layout
contribute to this book's value.

Order at www.aidantbooks.com or through Amazon.
