Hi

I gave my brother a bite of the Kinnikinnick Tapioca
Rice Cinnamon Raisin bagel. It bothered him because of
the yeast, soy protein powder, and/or the vegetable
oil shortening.
He wonders if he could make bagels without those 3
ingrediets.
If so, does anyone have such a recipe?
