I eat at Qdoba, and justrecently I have been thinking that perhaps their
3-cheese sauce for the nachosis NOT G=free. I am going to check that next
time I
go.
all of Qdoba's meat is marinated with gluten (foodstarch) Vegetable stuff is
fine, not grilled vegetables I eat the vegetablenaked burritos and vegetable
taco salads without the shell, essentially beansand rice nacho chips and hard
tacos are OK (whole ground corn treated withlime, water, cellulose gum
propionic acid, phosphoric acid and benzoic acid) Ihave not asked about the
salsa, but
doesn't seem to be much they can put in it.

I eat these, but my symptom is anemia, so I can't easily tell if there is a
problem. The answers come from Ed Wilroy, Director of Research and Development

I spoke with a representativefrom Qdoba who said that cross-contamination
is a major problem. Most of there foods contain wheat and she said that
theircorn shells were baked on the same stovetop as their tortillas.
