Does everyone make their own jerky, or is there a brand available that is
known to be safe? We have a brand locally (North Carolina) that has
"hydrolyzed soy protein" in it (Slim Jim) and I know I need to call the
company. I just wondered if anyone else was familiar with commercial beef
jerky.

Thanks!
