I am finding the American Catholic Church to be celiac friendly. Archbishop Lawrence Harms is warm and welcoming to those on a gluten free diet.
To those of you who are not familiar with this church see www.accus.us for information. This is not the Roman Catholic Church, rather a new beginning.
Archbishop Harms has contacted Ener-G foods and is receiving gf wafers and a list of ingredients from them. He can be reached at an email address on the above website. For those of you who feel the need for a change, this may be it.
