Dear Listmates,

Nina wrote that there probably wasn't a completely GF restaurant anywhere,
but we do have such a place in Vancouver, BC. It's called Panne Rizo Bakery
& Cafe and is open Tues - Sunday. They have an incredible assortment of
baked goodies, breads and buns and also make their own wonderful meat pies,
lasagna, soup, sandwiches, etc. They have a lot of lactose free items as
