Noted celiac author, speaker and baking demonstrator Jules Shepard is
making a return appearance in Raleigh, NC Sunday, July 12.
The 1:00 PM event, hosted by the Brier Creek Earth Fare and the Gluten
Free Raleigh blog, is limited to just 40 participants who will see
Jules prepare a variety of baked goods featuring her patent-pending
Jules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. This class sold out quickly in
February, so plan to attend. The cost is just $35 per person, which
includes 2 1/2 hours of face time with Jules, a CD-Rom of her newest e-
book, "Jules' Top Ten Recipes" as well as a $5 donation to the
pioneering research of the University of Maryland Center for Celiac
Research. Earth Fare will be hosting a gluten-free vendor fair
starting at 10 a.m.
