In order to claim GF stuff on you taxes you need to do a couple of
things.

1) Get a letter from you doctor saying that you have Celiac and that it
is not curable

2) Save all you receipts

3) Claim only the difference between regular flours/breads etc. with GF
flours/breads etc.

4) Keep impeccable records.

You need to have enough dedications to overcome the standard
deduction allowed by the government. In my case last year I was $200
short of this. If I had kept track of all the GF stuff I had purchased I
would have easily passed this.

You need to decide if all this work is worth it.

I will keep these records this year because I had many medical
problems last year that I haven't been billed for yet. These problems
have no end in site.

Thanks for all your help. I will do this this year.
