My biopsy experience (I had two) wasn't bad either.  I have an incredible
fear of anything like this, and was a total baby about doing it.  The nurses
brought in warm blankets to calm me (I was shivering with fear).  The Dr.
gave me a light sedative, with some amnesia medicine added.  I swallowed
some bitter tasting stuff, they sprayed my throat, and I was out.  Woke 30
minutes later and don't remember anything... The second go round I reminded
the Doctor about 5 times that I wanted the experience to be exactly the
same...and It was..not a big deal..
