Hi fellow celiacs,

Here's an interesting little nugget. I had a friend ask me a little while
back if they could benefit from a Celiac/GF diet even though they weren't
Celiac. I was drawn to say "of course!" and took a step back. I'm sure
she could, but I didn't want to give her the wrong info. I suggested she
ask her doctor or nutritionist, but low and behold, I just this weekend
found an article that answers her questions! So here you are, for those of
you with non-Celiac friends and family asking the same questions, a
fantastic article that you can forward them to.

Enjoy and I hope it helps,

Beth
