Hi, two questions. I want to make a beef stew and would like to use onion
soup as one of the ingredients. What onion soups are OK. I noticed the Lipton
Onion Soup that I have has wheat protein in it. Also what the story on
Monosodium Glutamate. My daughter who has Celiac told me that was a no, no.
Manschewitz chicken broth is supposed to be gf but it has Monosodium Glutamate as
one of the ingredients. Thanks for your help.

Marlene
