BEANO is also contraindicated for people allergic to penicillin, although
they no longer include this on their label. Beans can lose a lot of their
potency by boiling them from a cold start, soaking over night, throwing
out the water and starting over again the next day. Don't know what you
can do about the bean flour! (I've never used it so have no knowledge
about it at all).
