Those who cannot attend the popular cooking classes from The Gluten-Free
Cooking Club in Arizona can now purchase some of their tried-and-true --
and loved recipes on at www.glutenfreecookingclub.com. While there, check
out the two new cooking classes: Pastas and Breads. We are already taking
reservations for the fall. If you find yourself coming to Arizona, please
e-mail us your dates and we will let you know what is available or in the
works. Keep in mind the classes are not just for cooks. It's a great way
to spend time together with other celiacs. We also show you what is new in
various product lines and keep you entertained with information. It's a
great couple of hours where you don't have to worry about whether the food
is gluten-free. Until then, stay happy and healthy -- and if you come to
one of our classes - come hungry.
