The CSA Tidewater Chapter will be meeting on October 16 at 7 p.m., Sentara
Norfolk General Hospital, A-Wing Conference Room, Norfolk, VA.

Alegria Katona will be sharing her experiences from her trip to the CSA/USA
Conference being held in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Bring your favorite gluten-free dish for all to share, along with two copies
of the recipe (include brand names).
