In my summary concerning bulk GF gelatin, it was brought to my attention
that I did not mention whether Knox unflavored gelatin is Gf or not.  I
have NOT checked with the company but will do so tomorrow.  However, for
your health's sake, please do not use KNOX unflavored gelatin until the
GF status can be verified.  This was negligent on my part.  I do have
several Gf recipes that call for KNOX unflavored gelatin, and since I
had no reaction to it, I just assumed it was Gf.  However, I will report
back to the list when I find an answer one way or the other.  Again, I
regret this omision on my part.
