Here are the particulars:

Gluten-free Baking with Anna Sobaski

March 2, 6-8 pm at the Coralville (Iowa) New Pioneer Co-Op store.

$15/person, please register by calling Theresa at (319) 338-9441.

It is possible to live and thrive on a gluten-free diet. Anna Sobaski, herself celiac, wants to take it a step further and make the gluten-free diet delicious and convenient! Join Anna as she demonstrates the many uses of her unique gluten-free bread mix, Manna from Anna. Anna will demonstrate the preparation of bread, pizza, and hamburger buns. She will also make a gluten-free soup and a green salad. Anna is a wealth of information on how to modify recipes, and is enthusiastic in sharing ideas on how to make the celiac diet really work.

No affiliation - I just don't want the class to be cancelled due to lack of interest!
Joni G.
