Hi all,

Just a note to let you know that Juvela also make a flour that has no wheat
in it, for those of you who do not accept the GF status of wheat starch
(Codex Alimentarius). It is called Juvela Harvest Mix, and is made from rice
corn and potato starch. It is also free from milk, lactose, egg and soya.

Also, I have to disagree with David Walland who described their flour as
'junk food'. The Juvela Gluten Free Mix (which makes a white bread) produces
an excellent bread for sandwiches. The same company also makes GF products
under the brand names of Glutafin, RiteDiet and Nutricia. The Glutafin
Part-Baked Rolls are excellent!

I have no connection with this company, just a satisfied customer.

Regards
Deirdre
