Just thought I would share a response I received from Chilliman Chilli:

Thank you for contacting ChilliMan. We are delighted to give you the
following information.

The following Chilli Man items are gluten free:

Chilli Man Chili with Beans
Hot with Beans
Lower Sodium
Lean Beef
Chicken White Bean
Turkey with Beans
Vegetarian with Beans
Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce.

These items often contain "modified food starch" which is made from corn
and contains no gluten as corn products including corn flour are
approved for gluten-free diets.

The products that contain gluten include all of the no bean chilies
(which contain oats) and the Chili Mac (which contains pasta made from
wheat). While the modified food starch from corn does contain some low
level of protein the source is corn and corn flour corn grits and corn
meal are all acceptable under gluten-free diets.

We are so pleased that you can now enjoy many varieties of ChilliMan for
lunch, or any other time.

Best Wishes from ChilliMan for a wonderful holiday season.
