1. One person said he personally, has yet to find wasabi and ginger with gluten in it. 
And, if you have a group of 8 going to a hibachi restaurant (full table), bring your own soy sauce for the whole group, not just for you. 

2. Another person said that cheaper saki can have barley in it.  

3. I've gotten responses that say they eat everything but the soy sauce without getting sick. 
(Not good enough for me. I like to know the ingredients of the specific place that I'm going to.)
