I see Brewer's yeast on Abigail's list of things to avoid.  Listermann's
brewing company in Cincinnati has a gluten-free brewing kit that I want to
try.  They didn't know of anything wrong with using brewer's yeast, and I
can't find anything more detailed on it.  Is there an alternative that can
be used?
