This is not an untimely request, only a thought after having just helped my wife
stuff a turkey.

The stuffing recipe we have is somewhat traditional, nothing fancy. The only
difference now is having to use GF bread crumbs/cubes versus the regular.  The
problem we run into is that of excessive moisture after the cooked stuffing is
removed from the turkey.

Does anyone out there have a solution?

Also, would any of you like to share your favourite recipe?  We would love to try
anything different.
