Hi all
 
Traveling to Israel soon on a 16 day tour which includes breakfast and  
dinner and I have notified the tour 
 
company of my gluten free diet but I still would appreciate any advice or  
helpful hints as I am really 
 
concerned of what to eat and what not to eat.
