I'm a woman from Sweden who is travelling to Indianapolis in May and I
would appreciate some information about the situation for people suffering
from celiac disease. Do people in common and restaurant personnel in
particular know what celiac disease is? Is it easy to get gluten free food
at restaurants and in hotels? Can I find gf products in regular supermarkets?

Here in Sweden it is possible to order gluten free bread at McDonald's.
Does the same apply for McDonald's in USA?

I'm grateful for any tips you can give me.

Erika from Sweden
