Actually this product wasn't designed as a breading mix but it works fine. I'm talking about Namaste Pizza Crust Mix. It can be used as a breading for fish, chicken, pork, etc. The Italian herb seasoning makes a tasty flavor. Then I use the leftover mix, that I have out for breading purposes, as the thickening agent for gravy.
