In Canada there are a number of 'fancy' ice creams that contain gluten, most
notably those which have cookie crumbs (Oreo Cookie Ice Cream for example).
 Michael got in trouble with Heavenly Hash one time so I read the labels
very carefully now.  Most 'regular' ice cream flavours, such as chocolate,
butterscotch ripple, vanilla, etc. are okay.
