It is time to purchase a new bread machine as our older Zojurishi has
expired. I have been very well pleased with the prior (BBC-S15) model, but
see it is no longer in production. It appears as though the newer model
(V20) of the Zojurishi has 2 needing blades and a horizontal loaf pan. I
like the idea of having a horizontal loaf and more "traditional" shaped
bread, but was curious as to how intrusive the 2 kneeding blades are to the
loaf. Are you stuck with almost every slice of bread having a needing
paddle indentation in it or are the blades small enough that it isn't too
annoying? I really do not want to bother trying to dig the blades out of
the dough after completion of mixing. I would also be interested in hearing
any constructive comments regarding satisfaction/dissatisfaction that
owners of this machine have and would like to share.

Thanks,
