Gluten Intolerance Group (better known as GIG®) for the month of August is

Thanks to Cynthia Kupper RD, CD,  Executive Director of GIG® you can now
dine at Carrabba's Grill, Outback Steakhouse and The Bonefish Grill with
much less worry. These chains have worked with Cynthia to offer gluten free
menu's in the restaurant and on the internet. As a Registered Dietician and
a person with celiac disease Cynthia understands the need for education in
the corporate communities. Not only are we receiving gf meals but the
restaurant employees are learning about celiac disease.
