GIGŪ Branches. http://www.gluten.net/partners.asp
Since mid-2003 GIGŪ has opened 23 Non Profit Patient Support Branches across
the US. GIG's Umbrella Non Profit Status for these branches assures you your
donated funds will be properly used for research, awareness and support. All
donations to these branches are tax deductible and monitored quarterly.

GIGŪ also has 8 partner affiliates across the US which share the GIGŪ vision
of quality support and information to the Celiac and Gluten Intolerant
communities.

GIGŪ Gluten Free Dining.
Thanks to Cynthia Kupper RD, CD, Executive Director of GIGŪ you can now
dine at Carrabba's Grill, Outback Steakhouse and The Bonefish Grill with
much less worry. These chains have worked with Cynthia to offer gluten free
menu's in the restaurant and on the internet. As a Registered Dietician and
a person with celiac disease Cynthia understands the need for education in
the corporate communities. Not only are we receiving gf meals but the
restaurant employees are learning about celiac disease.

GIG's Quality Medical Advisory Board.
Joseph Murray MD, Allessio Fasano MD, Cynthia Rudert MD, Shelley Case B.Sc.,
RD and other medical professionals familiar with CD and gluten intolerance
are working with GIGŪ to be sure you receive the most current information.

GIG is a Proud Member of the American Celiac Task Force and has partnered
with the other ACTF members to help raise awareness and improve the quality
of life for people suffering from celiac and gluten intolerance diseases.
Even the NIH commended the ACTF members for working together and delivering
one voice for the celiac community.

A complete listing of GIG branch and partner support organizations can be
found at http://www.gluten.net/partners.asp. GIG is proud to announce our
newest branch, North Texas GIG www.northtexasgig.com. North Texas GIG is
composed of many veteran celiacs and will be a great addition for support
and awareness in the largely populated North Texas area.

Support a national organization that works for you, works with others and is
respected in the medical community.
