Hi All--

Soon after I sent my summary on gf vitamins that contain at least 20 mg
of zinc, several people wrote me to tell me that Centrum Silver vitamins
are not gf and one person who thought all Centrum vitamins contained
gluten. So, for those of you who take Centrum Silver or Centrum, any
formula, you might want to call the company or switch to a different
vitamin. Just want everyone to be aware! Thanks to those who wrote to
warn us....Ayn.
