Thanks to all who responded.

Apparently, my husband isn't the only one who still needs to avoid their
products.

They do have a dedicated facility, but for some reason some people still
can't use the flours.  Maybe cross contamination in the field or
transportation?  It appears to not bother most celiacs, though.

I need more answers before I subject my husband to their products again.
