I've been invited to a Passover seder with acquaintances, and the
host, while not having celiac, prefers & benefits from a GF diet and
knows I am celiac.

She mentioned when I saw her last weekend that she'd found some oat
matzo made with dedicated GF (not grown or processed near other
grains) oats.

She was excited and I did not want to disappoint her at that time
with my own choice to also avoid all oats for the last 10+ years.

I am interested in the experiences of any of you who has been long-
time GF, also avoiding dedicated oats, and later first tried a
dedicated oat product.

I am considering a trial run before the seder meal, eating some
dedicated oats when I can be at home afterwards, just in case. And I
am not likely to make any oats a regular part of my diet...

Thanks,

Jack
