      Dear Olive,

      I received your inquiry this morning. I have had numerous calls and e-mails on this subject over the past year. I have had spice blends on all Villa Roma Sausage items analyzed for the presence of gluten products. All tested negative.

      I am in the process of a total label redesign and will speak with the graphic artist regarding the addition of gluten related language on the new labels.

      We appreciate the kind words for our sausage.
