Hello Fellow Celiacs,
I have been eating McCann's instant, plain oatmeal for a few months -- and 
after recently getting blood work done, I am happy to report that there are 
absolutely no signs of gluten "poisoning" in my system and blood work.
Does anyone know if their fruit flavored oatmeal is GF/safe? One of the 
ingredients is "modified food starch". This makes me nervous.
Also, Bear Naked makes granola and cereal and their site says they are GF 
(except for a few flavors with malted rice) but they do not mention 
cross-contamination. 
Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with Bear Naked products?
I will summarize.
